The Beijing new tightening issues come following the half of 2026, a very fruitful half years of property transanctions.
The effects of the issues still need to have a wait and see attitude although, my comment still think that there will have a slowing transantions figures in comparison to the first half. However, I think it will set aside a good entry point for the real local buyer.
