By way of background, I am a former client of P. Associates International, based in Singapore who needed some expert investigative services performed on a member of my family in Hong Kong. As I am sure you can imagine, seeking an appropriate PI firm from another country without meeting them face to face is not the easiest thing to do. You often wonder to yourself whether or not you have made the 'right' decision. In order to determine the right PI firm for me, I carried out some research by speaking to multiple firms in Hong Kong and P.A.
