PERSOL Hong Kong successfully hosted our inaugural Workforce Intelligence Forum, bringing together HR and business leaders around one timely question: AI tools are becoming more accessible - but how can organisations turn access into real adoption and impact?
We were honoured to have our Managing Director Takahiro Kijima open the forum with welcome remarks, and appreciated the thoughtful exchange led by our Senior Director Sarah Yu alongside Sheena H., Senior Manager - Strategy from NTUC LearningHub and Yoki Lee, Founder & CEO from Novosus.
Through real employer case studies in Singapore, practical discussions on AI learning and upskilling, and the IMPACT framework for embedding and governing AI with measurable business value, the forum explored what it takes to build AI fluency and workforce readiness at scale.
A key takeaway from the session was clear: AI access is not adoption. For AI to create lasting value, organisations need to go beyond tools — embedding new ways of working, enabling people with confidence, governing usage responsibly, and measuring impact meaningfully. The interactive Q&A and networking session reflected strong interest among HR and business leaders in rethinking talent, capability building, and work design in the age of AI.
Thank you to everyone who joined us. We hope the forum sparked new ideas and conversations, and we look forward to bringing our community together again at future events.
