Vacancy: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for a Logistic Company, based in Petaling Jaya
Job Description:
- Assist in all aspects of administrative management, directory
maintenance, logistics, equipment inventory and storage.
- Manage files, inventory of assets and submit invoices
- Coordinate between departments and operating units in resolving
day-to-day administrative and operational problems
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, events and other
similar activities
- Manage calls, emails and faxes
- Prepare business correspondence (often using word processing,
spreadsheet, and presentation computer software)
- Perform multifaceted general office support
- Prepare meeting minutes, meeting notes and internal support
materials.
- All Day-to-Day operation matters
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in any
relevant professional field.
- Minimum 1 year(s) of relevant working experience preferably in a
fast paced working environment. Fresh graduate with good acumen
will be considered.
- High proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is compulsory.
Conversant in Chinese dialects will be an advantage.
- Preferably female candidates who are well presentable with good
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
