Every premium tuna has a beginning. Ours begins at sea.

These images capture one of the most important moments in the Atlantic Bluefin Tuna capture process. Using a purse seine net, experienced crews carefully surround the tuna school before transferring the fish into transport cages with minimal stress and maximum care.

Caught during their natural migration in the Adriatic Sea near Jabuka Island, our tuna are managed under some of the world’s strictest fishery regulations. Every operation follows ICCAT rules, with independent observers, video monitoring, full traceability, and science-based quotas ensuring responsible and sustainable management.

From the very first moment at sea, quality, fish welfare, sustainability, and respect for nature guide everything we do.
