On May 25th, the bluefin tuna fishing season begins in Croatia.

From the moment they are carefully caught in the open Adriatic Sea, bluefin tuna begin a controlled journey, transferred from fishing nets into towing cages and then to offshore farming sites, where they are nurtured and fed to premium standards.

Behind every catch stands generations of experience, deep respect for the sea, and a strong commitment to sustainability and responsible farming practices.

A day of refinement and excellence in Klagenfurt🥂

Within the elegant setting of Hotel Dermuth’s Restaurant Giovanni, we hosted an exclusive presentation and private cutting show, welcoming distinguished owners and leaders of premier seafood restaurants.

The event was opened by our CEO, Mr. Leo Mandić, who shared our vision and commitment to uncompromising quality. The experience was elevated by an exceptional cutting performance from our Processing Manager and Chef Nobuhito Okado, whose mastery and precision transformed premium Bluefin tuna into a true culinary spectacle.

Guests were invited to indulge in a curated selection of sashimi, tataki, sushi, and tartare each dish highlighting the purity, texture, and unparalleled quality of our super frozen premium Bluefin tuna.

The response was nothing short of extraordinary, reflecting a shared appreciation for craftsmanship, innovation, and excellence.

The festival was on fire last night! 🔥✨

Last night was spectacular at the Tuna, Sushi & Wine Festival in Zadar!

With the infectious rhythms of Cubismo, the dance floor stayed alive late into the night, while the aromas and flavors of our specialties delighted everyone present.

At the heart of it all was our premium bluefin tuna – Jadran tuna, of exceptional quality and unforgettable taste. Our team prepared delicacies that brought out the very best in every bite. 🍣💫
