Na 15. godišnjem Savjetodavnom forumu Kulturnih ruta Vijeća Europe, ATRIUM je proslavio obnovu certifikata za sljedećih pet godina te priznanje „Inspiring Practice 2026” u kategoriji „Suradnja u istraživanju i razvoju”, dodijeljeno za međunarodne radionice projekta CO.CO.WAR.

Forum je ujedno bio prilika za predstavljanje projekta MEMORY ESCAPE i njegova participativnog pristupa uključivanju mladih u interpretaciju kulturne baštine kroz igre i digitalne alate.

At the 15th Annual Advisory Forum of the Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe, ATRIUM celebrated the renewal of its certification for five years and the “Inspiring Practice 2026” recognition in the category “Co-operation in Research and Development” for the international workshops of the CO.CO.WAR project.

The Forum also provided an opportunity to present MEMORY ESCAPE and its participatory approach to engaging young people in heritage interpretation through games and digital tools.

📰 Mediji pišu o projektu MEMORY ESCAPE!

Portali Sesto Potere, 4Live i ForlìToday izvijestili su o drugom transnacionalnom sastanku u Bertinoru i napretku projekta MEMORY ESCAPE.

Projekt MEMORY ESCAPE, sufinanciran sredstvima programa Interreg Italija – Hrvatska, razvija iskustva u obliku escape room igara u Bertinoru i Labinu. Oba su grada članovi mreže ATRIUM, Kulturne rute Vijeća Europe koja promiče kritičko tumačenje baštine povezane s totalitarnim režimima 20. stoljeća te potiče promišljanje o demokratskim vrijednostima.

Mladi aktivno sudjeluju u osmišljavanju ovih „fizičko-digitalnih“ (phygital) iskustava, koja povezuju fizičke prostore, povijesne izvore i digitalne zagonetke kako bi kroz igru i istraživanje potaknula kritičko razumijevanje prošlosti.

Cofinanziato dal Programma Interreg Italia–Croazia, 𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗬 𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗘 sta sviluppando escape room a Bertinoro e Labin, entrambi Comuni soci di ATRIUM, Rotta Culturale del Consiglio d’Europa che promuove l’interpretazione critica del patrimonio legato ai regimi totalitari del Novecento e la riflessione sui valori democratici.

🌍 𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗬 𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗘 |
Dva dana, Italija i Hrvatska, jedan zajednički izazov: pretvoriti sjećanje u iskustvo koje se živi 🌍

Bertinoro je 30. rujna i 1. listopada bio domaćin drugog transnacionalnog sastanka projekta 𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗬 𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗘, koji je okupio europske projektne partnere tijekom dva dana razgovora, planiranja i zajedničkog rada. 🤝

U središtu sastanka bio je razvoj budućih 𝗽𝗵𝘆𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 „𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺“ iskustava – inovativnog načina povezivanja igre, tehnologije, aktivnog sudjelovanja, kulture i, naravno, sjećanja.

💡 Partneri su analizirali dosadašnje aktivnosti, razmijenili ideje i rezultate te definirali sljedeće korake u provedbi projekta.

Program je uključivao i posjet 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗺𝗮 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗮 i njihovim 𝗥𝗶𝗺𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗺 𝗶𝘇𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮 – priliku da se iz prve ruke upoznamo s primjerom disonantne baštine, temom koja se nalazi u središtu projekta MEMORY ESCAPE.

Bertinoro se tako još jednom dokazao kao mjesto susreta i razmjene, otvoreno europskoj suradnji i stvaranju novih načina pričanja o sjećanju i njegovog doživljavanja.

🌍 MEMORY ESCAPE predstavljen je na 15. Savjetodavnom forumu o kulturnim rutama, održanom u Erevanu od 23. do 25. rujna, posvećenom temi „Routes through Time and Cultures: Education for Sustainable Heritage” („Rute kroz vrijeme i kulture: obrazovanje za održivu baštinu”).

John Patrick Leech, član Znanstvenog odbora ATRIUM-a, predstavljao je ATRIUM u sklopu panela 2 „Enhancing Education for Heritage through Digital Tools: Opportunities and Challenges” („Unaprjeđenje obrazovanja o baštini kroz digitalne alate: prilike i izazovi”). Predstavio je dosadašnji napredak projekta te govorio o ulozi mladih u zajedničkom stvaranju fizičkih i digitalnih iskustava koja potiču kritičko razumijevanje disonantne baštine.

Ostali sudionici panela bili su:

• Lorena Aldana, voditeljica vanjskih odnosa i zagovaranja, Europeana Foundation;
• Arman Atoyab, suosnivač, ARLOOPA;
• Hulé Kechichian, glavna direktorica, Armenian Cultural Heritage Institute;
• Licia Calvi, Breda University of Applied Sciences, Nizozemska;
• Evanthia Papadopoulou, voditeljica Odjela za digitalne aplikacije i inovativne usluge, i Angeliki Moneda, voditeljica Odjela za digitalno upravljanje, Arheološki muzej u Solunu, Grčka.

Projekt MEMORY ESCAPE, financiran u okviru Programa Interreg Italija – Hrvatska, uključuje mlade iz Labina i Bertinora, dvaju gradova članova Kulturne rute ATRIUM. Projekt okuplja Grad Labin, Comune di Bertinoro, Kalimera Solutions Croatia i ATRIUM.

Prezentacija je izazvala interes sudionika, koji su prepoznali potencijal projekta da posluži kao inspiracija za razvoj sličnih iskustava u drugim sredinama.

📜🔍 Može li jedan povijesni dokument postati ključ za rješavanje zagonetke?
U projektu MEMORY ESCAPE prošlost ne ostaje samo u arhivima – ona postaje dio interaktivnog iskustva.
Neke od zagonetki koje će igrači susresti temelje se na autentičnim povijesnim izvorima, među kojima je i ugovor o radu u rudniku iz Labina iz 1919. godine.
Istražujući izvorne dokumente, priče i svjedočanstva iz prošlosti, sudionici će imati priliku bolje upoznati život i uvjete rada labinskih rudara te otkriti kako povijesni izvori mogu na nov i zanimljiv način približiti prošlost današnjim generacijama.

🎮 MEMORY ESCAPE razvija inovativna phygital escape room iskustva u Labinu i Bertinoru, koja povezuju fizičke lokacije, povijesnu baštinu i digitalne sadržaje. Cilj je približiti mladima disonantnu baštinu kroz istraživanje, igru i interaktivno učenje.
👀 Ovo je samo jedan od brojnih povijesnih materijala koji će oživjeti u sklopu MEMORY ESCAPE iskustva.

📜🔍 Could a single historical document become the key to solving a puzzle?
In the MEMORY ESCAPE project, the past does not remain only in archives – it becomes part of an interactive experience.
Some of the puzzles that players will encounter are inspired by authentic historical sources, including a 1919 mining labour contract from Labin.
By exploring original documents, stories and testimonies from the past, participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the lives and working conditions of Labin’s miners and discover how historical sources can bring the past closer to today’s generations in a new and engaging way.

🎮 MEMORY ESCAPE is developing innovative phygital escape room experiences in Labin and Bertinoro, connecting physical locations, cultural heritage and digital content. The aim is to engage young people with dissonant heritage through exploration, play and interactive learning.
👀 This is just one of the many historical materials that will come to life as part of the MEMORY ESCAPE experience.
The past is full of clues. It is up to us to discover them.

MEMORY ESCAPE – Od priča Bertinora i Labina do Knjižnice digitalnih sadržaja 💻🏛️

MEMORY ESCAPE približava mladima disonantnu baštinu kroz drugačiji način pripovijedanja: istraživanjem mjesta i povijesnih izvora te njihovim pretvaranjem, zajedno s mladima, u phygital iskustva temeljena na igri.

Dio ovog rada sada će postati dio Digitalne knjižnice digitalnih sadržaja, koja će biti dostupna na mrežnim stranicama ATRIUM-a. 📚

Tijekom online sastanka, tim ATRIUM-a, zajedno s prof. Patrizijom Battilani sa Sveučilišta u Bologni, webmasterom i voditeljem web sadržaja ATRIUM-a, radio je na načinu organizacije i predstavljanja ovih materijala i priča.

Knjižnica će posjetitelje voditi kroz tri glavne teme – slobodno vrijeme, rad i migracije – povezujući priče i materijale iz Bertinora i Labina. Također će sadržavati dio digitalnih sadržaja izrađenih za escape roomove, pružajući mogućnost otkrivanja i istraživanja priča koje stoje iza same igre.

It will also feature some of the digital assets created for the escape rooms, offering the opportunity to discover and explore the stories behind the game.

Dalle storie di Bertinoro e Labin alle escape room, fino a uno spazio digitale condiviso.

MEMORY ESCAPE nasce per avvicinare i giovani al patrimonio dissonante attraverso un modo diverso di raccontarlo: esplorando luoghi e fonti storiche e trasformandoli, insieme ai ragazzi, in esperienze di gioco phygital.

Ora una parte di questo lavoro confluirà nella Digital Asset Library, che sarà ospitata sul sito di ATRIUM. 📚

Durante un incontro online, il team di ATRIUM, insieme alla Prof.ssa Patrizia Battilani dell’Università di Bologna, al webmaster e alla web content manager di ATRIUM, ha lavorato a come organizzare e raccontare questi contenuti.

La Library accompagnerà il visitatore attraverso tre grandi temi – tempo libero, lavoro e migrazione –, mettendo in dialogo storie e materiali provenienti da Bertinoro e Labin. Al suo interno troveranno spazio anche alcuni degli asset digitali creati per le escape room, permettendo di scoprire e approfondire le storie che stanno dietro al gioco.
