Vinarija Tomić je smještena u novosagrađenoj vinariji u uvali Mina u Jelsi, mjestu s dugom vinoradarsko-vinskom tradicijom. Danas proizvodimo 130-150 000 boca godišnje i , uz članove obitelji Tomić, zapošljavamo još 10 Hvarana. Suvremenu tehnologiju proizvodnje bijelih i crnih, te mladih rose vina neprestano usavršavamo i težimo boljem. Na katu vinarije je prostor za fermentaciju s novim tankovima

od inoxa, a u podrumu vinarije nalaze se barrique bačve za dozrijevanje Plavca. U podrumu je također smješten i prostor za degustaciju i druženje (triklinij), izgrađen po uzoru na Dioklecijanove podrume. Pozivamo Vas da posjetite vinski podrum Tomić, nezaobilaznu stanicu na vinskoj cesti.

Na crvenici Starogradskog polja, pod zaštitom UNESCO-a, raste naša autohtona Bogdanuša. 🍇

On the red soil of Stari Grad Plain, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, our indigenous Bogdanuša grape variety grows among the vines. 🍇
Here, fertile soil, sunshine and the influence of the sea create the perfect setting for the vines — while nature carries on all around them. And sometimes, a little resident of the field comes for a walk among the grapes. 🐇🌿

Danas smo započeli berbu grožđa. 🍇
I opet nas podsjeća koliko je vino zapravo priča o čovjeku.
Svaki grozd prođe kroz ruke čovjeka i u berbi i u podrumu, od vinograda pa do vašeg stola.
U svakoj kapi ostaju hvarski terroir, kamen, more, sol, sunce, tradicija i vrijeme. Ali prije svega — ljudi. Njihov rad, znanje, strpljenje i ljubav.
Zato vino nije samo ono što je u čaši.
To je komadić zemlje koji je čovjek pretvorio u priču.

✨✨POŠIP Tomić proglašen je najboljim autohtonim bijelim vinom Balkana✨✨

Na ovogodišnjem Balkans International W**e Competitionu, među vinima iz 13 država, pošip se istaknuo kao najuspješnija autohtona bijela sorta s nizom osvojenih zlatnih medalja.
U snažnoj konkurenciji, upravo je naš Pošip Tomić proglašen najboljim autohtonim bijelim vinom Balkana.
Vino je ocjenjivao međunarodni stručni žiri, uključujući i pet ocjenjivača s prestižnom titulom Master of W**e.
Ova nagrada potvrda je izvrsnosti sorte pošip te bogate vinske tradicije otoka Hvara.

At this year’s Balkans International W**e Competition, featuring w**es from 13 countries, Pošip stood out as the most successful indigenous white variety, winning a series of gold medals.
In strong competition, our Pošip Tomić was awarded the title of best indigenous white w**e of the Balkans.
The w**es were evaluated by an international expert jury, including five judges holding the prestigious Master of W**e title.
This award confirms the excellence of the Pošip grape variety and the rich w**emaking tradition of the island of Hvar.
