Što smo radili proteklih nekoliko tjedana.
Sezona rezidbe ove je godine bila duža i izazovnija, a neprestana kiša nas je stalno usporavala.
Svaki trs reže se ručno, birajući najčvršći izboj koji će nositi plodove iduće sezone. To je strpljiv rad — oblikovanje ne samo ovogodišnjeg rasta, već i onoga što dolazi u godinama pred nama.
Zima u vinogradu je tiha, ali upravo tu sve počinje.

What we’ve been up to over the past few weeks.
Pruning season has been longer and more challenging this year, with endless rain slowing us down.
Each vine is cut by hand, selecting the strongest cane to carry the next season’s fruit. It’s patient work — shaping not just this year’s growth, but the years to come.
Winter in the vineyard is quiet, but it’s where everything begins.
