On 18 October, our w**es meet the cuisine of Tekka by Lone for The Encounter, part of Autumn Gourmet Week – A Mediterranean in Transformation in Rovinj.
At the heart of the evening is the Manila clam — an ingredient that carries a story of movement, adaptation and a Mediterranean that is constantly changing.
For us, this dinner is about more than w**e pairing. It is a meeting of perspectives: the Japanese precision and sensibility of Tekka by Lone, the changing Adriatic, and the Istrian terroir we express through our w**es.
Across a four-course menu, each pairing becomes part of that dialogue — between sea and land, origin and arrival, what belongs and what is still becoming.
