A Primošten, sulla costa dalmata, la vite non cresce in un terreno accogliente: si aggrappa alla roccia, sfida il vento, il sale e il sole. È un paesaggio costruito con ostinazione, dove ogni vendemmia racconta secoli diracconta secoli di lavoro e ogni grappolo sembra una piccola conquista.

È proprio da qui che nasce Vinas Mora, il progetto di Niko Dukan e Kreso Petrekovic per restituire voce al babic, il grande vitigno autoctono della Dalmazia.

La serie Kaamen, declina attraverso il terroir, tre diversi volti di quest'uva, regalando espressione profonde ed eleganti. Il futuro si costruisce dalla tutela delle proprie radici.

🔬🍇 Little update from our winery!
Our new mini wine lab has finally arrived, and we couldn’t wait to peek into what’s happening in the glass before the wine even becomes wine. 😄 From now on, we’re able to do a few basic checks: volatile acidity, free & bound SO₂, total acidity, sugars, and alcohol.
Nothing too serious — just making sure our natural wines are happily doing their thing. 😉
We still keep our interventions minimal, but now with a bit more curiosity and a lot of fun in the lab (and with a beautifull view as always).

Because wine is alive… and we love watching it grow. 💛
