After the award for the best Croatian white wine by peoples choice at the beginning of the year, the inclusion of the winery and the wine in the extremely prestigious Falstaff, the gold medal at the recent BIWC held on Hvar, we can proudly say that we are the winners of the silver🥈 medal for our Pošip Pod Korita at the largest and most influential world wine competition, DWWA, which brings together samples from all over the world. This year, 17,000 samples were blind-tasted and 245 experts from 35 countries participated in the evaluation. Leading authorities in their fields participated, including 24 master sommeliers and 63 masters of wine! It is a great honor to see that our efforts and dedication are recognized by the profession. This award represents a huge motivation for us to continue working, but also confirmation that perseverance pays off.

At the beginning of 2026 and the nominations of 8 out of 25 Croatian sommeliers and the award for the best white wine in Croatia by the people's choice, a recomendation for our winery and a high 92 points from the very respected Falstaff, we can proudly announce that our Pošip Pod Korita has received another significant recognition! And the first international one! At BIWC 2026, which has been held for 15 years and this year was held on Hvar, among 12 participating countries and over 1000 samples, domestic & international judges, including 3 Masters of Wine, crowned our Pošip Pod Korita with a gold medal!!

We are truly happy to annouce that our new vintage POŠIP POD KORITA 2025 is ready for you from May 1st!
We choose this very special date for our family,,which we also mark and celebrate the big 50th birthday the founder and owner of winery Željko Pecotić 🎉🎉
After aging in the cellar, Pošip vintage 2025 brings a perfect balance of fruity aromas and recognizable minerality.

The new vintage has been already characterized as one of the most balanced in recent years! Although the year was challenging,the grapes entered the cellar in top condition!
This vintage brings great freshness and intense aromas,which is exactly what our customers are looking for!
