Center for Social Innovation and Sustainable Development

The Center for Social Innovation and Sustainable Development – CEDIOR, based in Zagreb, was founded in 2012 with the aim of creating innovative and sustainable solutions for the leading social problems facing Croatia and the world. It acts as an international think-tank bringing together social innovators, social entrepreneurs, scientists, researchers and activists from various fields of activity.

The mission of the Center is to create and accelerate innovative and sustainable solutions for current social problems. The vision of the Center is a welfare society for all its members, able to exist without endangering themselves and the environment. Centar za društvene inovacije i održivi razvoj - CEDIOR, sa sjedištem u Zagrebu, osnovan je 1. listopada 2012. godine, a status pravne osobe dobio je 21. prosinca 2012. Osnovan je s ciljem osmišljavanja inovativnih i održivih rješenja za vodeće društvene probleme s kojima se suočava Hrvatska i svijet. Djeluje kao međunarodni think-tank okupljajući istaknute društvene inovatore, društvene poduzetnike, znanstvenike, istraživače i aktiviste s različitih polja djelovanja. Misija Centra je kreiranje i akceleriranje inovativnih i održivih rješenja za aktualne društvene probleme. Vizija Centra je društvo blagostanja za sve svoje članove sposobno trajno egzistirati bez ugroze za sebe i okoliš.
