Kroz stvarne primjere AI pogreลกaka i konkretne izazove upravljanja podacima, Daniel je pokazao zaลกto uspjeลกna primjena AI-ja poฤinje puno prije same tehnologije. Jer ฤak je i najnapredniji AI pouzdan samo onoliko koliko su pouzdani podaci i znanje na kojima se temelji.

Together with Zoran Novakovic, Donald Krol and Lidija Karaga we explored what it really takes to trust AI with your data, give it access to your systems and stay in control of what it does.

Great session at the IBM watsonx Agentic AI Academy! ๐Ÿš€

Our Delivery Directors Anja Kuhar and Natalija Draskovic shared how weโ€™ve been exploring IBM Bob in real Planning Analytics and Consolidation consulting workflows, moving beyond theory to test where AI can genuinely support day-to-day delivery.

Over the past two months, our consultants worked on practical use cases ranging from analysis, documentation and functional specifications to knowledge management, automated issue tracking and building a PA/TM1 demo model with TM1py and IBM Bob.

The takeaway is not that AI replaces consulting expertise. It is about finding the right places where it can help consultants work faster, structure information better and reuse knowledge more effectively, while recognising that accuracy, consistency and deeper integration still require work.

A big thank you to Anja and Natalija for sharing both the results and the lessons learned! ๐Ÿ˜Š
