I’m Monika Slomska ( https://www.msadvisory.hu), CEO of Knowledge Pyramid Kft. I seek a dedicated Pre-Sales Assistant to work closely with me as a subcontracting partner. This is a unique opportunity to be my right-hand support in a boutique consulting firm where I handle all client engagements and operations directly.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
Could you help me part-time (4 hours per day)? You’ll be directly supporting me, helping with various pre-sales activities, and ensuring smooth operations. If you have a friendly and professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and fluency in both Hungarian and English, this role is tailored for you! 🤝
Key Activities:
📞 Client Interaction: Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to provide information and answer initial questions.
📋 Support the CEO: Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, and other pre-sales materials.
📊 CRM Management: Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate information.
🗓️ Scheduling: Organize my meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
🛠️ Product Knowledge: Develop a solid understanding of our services to communicate effectively with clients.
🔍 Research: Conduct research to identify new sales opportunities and assist in strategy development.
📂 Administrative Tasks: Manage data entry, filing, and document organization.
📈 Reporting: Prepare reports and analytics to support my decision-making.
🧩 Independent Work: Handle tasks and projects independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
🎓 Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
📅 Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administration is beneficial.
🌐 Languages: Fluency in Hungarian and English is a must.
🛠️Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication. Confidence to initiate cold calls is required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
