YOUR RESPONSIBILITES WILL BE:
Drive and facilitate daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint demo, sprint retrospective
Document team decisions, create meeting minutes and follow up on agreements
Encourage collaboration between team and Product Owners, QAs
Provide data, forecasts and progress updates to the Scrum team to inform planning and improvement initiatives
Facilitate the team to resolving issues with the view to improve processes of Scrum/SAfe
Help Product Owners to keep and make product backlog in good shape and ready for the next sprint
Maintain a roadmap of all improvement to processes with status updates to proactively encourage agile principles
YOU ARE A GOOD CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE:
Relevant experience as a Scrum Master in Agile development or Project Manager and Agile Software Development experience
Knowledge of Agile principles, processes and practices
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Fluent in English and ability to write in business English

The job:

The primary role of the Implementation Analyst is to engage directly and collaboratively with new and existing customers in order to develop and deploy Avaya IVR applications and related systems and environment. Additionally, you will install and configure Geomant CTI applications where required. Post implementation you will be required to engage in customer specific product training sessions where applicable. This is a technical customer-facing role focused on helping businesses adopt our products. You will also engage with the Geomant development team to resolve more complex issues.

The ideal candidate:

He or she is likely to have an analytical and detailed approach with the ability to translate customer business requirements into proprietary workflow configuration. A basic knowledge of computer programming is required along with a willingness to learn bespoke applications.

JOB SUMMARY
Development, testing and maintanance of Avaya IVR applications, installation and configuration of the AAEP environment including the computer telephony integration (CTI) software solutions and 3rd party software, e.g. apache tomcat, Nuance ASR/TTS. Installation, testing and configuration of Geomant products, Desktop Connect, Geomant Data Store, Geomant Teleproxy, UA, Desktop Connect Express.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Develop, test and deploys applications and products
• UAT and go-live support with partner and customers
• Troubleshoots arising problems in existing applications or products
• Implements commercially agreed changes required by the client in existing installations/deployments
• Estimates time required for the above tasks for quoting purposes and project management
• Provides user and administration training where required
• Documents the specifics of an implementation or development in a detailed and clear manner and ensures both code and documents are stored securely
• Communicates, collaborates and coordinates well with colleagues and clients in order to progress the assigned projects.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic computer programming skills required, Java or C # would be an advantage
• Basic knowledge about MS SQL Server, MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Basic to intermediate level of working in Windows and Linux operating systems

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, organize and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization;
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the group companies (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions) and ensures appropriate bookings;
Coordinate and communicates with accounting agencies ensuring up to date accounting, proper accruals and compliance with laws and reporting standards;
Complete financial reports, monitor month-end closing process;
Performs monthly intercompany reconciliations and consolidation in accordance with IFRS and local standards.
Communicates regularly with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained;
Strategize on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions;
Communicates with banks and tax authorities, advisors and other parties, when necessary, regarding the financial management of the company;
Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking and reports.
Coordinates and prepare budgets and forecasts for all group members (Geomant entities);
Develops long-term financial projections and feasibility of financial investments (Capital Investment Appraisals), when needed;
Reports to the Group CFO on the results and financial achievements on a monthly level for all group members;
Analyses costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
Follows deadlines for collecting claims and payments of liabilities (managing current and planned cash flows of the company) and reports to the Group CFO on the state of liquidity on weekly level;
Analyses financial activities and carries out appropriate activities based on the analysis in accordance with the defined goals and set plan indicators (on a monthly and quarterly basis).
