🪴🇬🇧LONDONBAN JÁRT A Horizon-REDESIGN
A REDESIGN projekten belül Metropolitan Research Institute - Városkutatás Kft. egyik fő feladata, hogy a fenntarthatósággal foglalkozó szervezetek egymás kihívásaiból, kreatív ötleteiből, veszteségeiből és sikereiből tanulhassanak. A projekt egyik fő célja, hogy egy olyan platformot teremtsen a zöld közösségi kertek, a fenntartható városi piacok és a fenntarthatósággal foglalkozó kutatók számára, ahol összekapcsolódhatnak és megoszthatják egymással negatív és pozitív tapasztalataikat. A múlt héten megrendezett londoni találkozó ezért is volt számunkra különleges.
A találkozón már nemcsak a projektpartnerek (ún. „living labek”, kutatóintézetek, egyetemek) vettek részt, hanem azok a közösségi szervezetek is bekapcsolódtak, amelyek esetei inspirációként („inspirational cases”) szolgálhatnak egymás és a projektpartnerek számára. Az esemény résztvevői számára a Városkutatás Kft. munkatársai, Szemző Hanna és Kata Kepes egy olyan interaktív workshopot szerveztek, amelyen a szervezetek és a partnerek bemutatkozhattak egymásnak, hogy a későbbiekben közösen kereshessenek megoldást az őket érintő kihívásokra.

🪴🏴REDESIGN COMES TO LONDON
Within the REDESIGN project, one of the main tasks of Metropolitan Research Institute is to enable organisations working on sustainability to learn from each other's challenges, creative ideas, losses, and successes. One of the main objectives of the project is to create a platform for green community gardens, sustainable urban markets, and researchers working on sustainability, where they can connect and share their negative and positive experiences with one another. This is why last week's meeting in London was particularly special for us.
At the meeting, not only the project partners (the so-called "living labs", research institutes, and universities) participated, but also the community organisations whose cases can serve as inspiration ("inspirational cases") for one another and for the project partners. For the participants of the event, the staff members of Városkutatás Kft., Hanna Szemző and Kata Kepes, organised an interactive workshop where the organisations and the partners introduced themselves to one another so that, in the future, they could jointly seek solutions to the challenges affecting them.
