We recently wrapped up our annual company event, F.A.B. Day – a celebration of Festivity, Appreciation and Bonding. It brought together colleagues from TBS and Technology for a day of connection, recognition and fun.
During the business session, Sumit Mitra, CEO of Tesco Business Solutions, shared the next chapter of our company strategy, defining our focus areas for the next years that will shape our company and help us create even greater impact for the business, our customers and our colleagues. Building on this, Manish Sethi, Director of CE TBS, highlighted the Hub’s key priorities for the upcoming period.
🏆 At our Annual Awards Ceremony, we recognised outstanding achievers across functions and teams. Celebrating the dedication and achievements of our colleagues remains a core part of our annual traditions during these events.
💡 With this year’s theme, Diverse Minds x AI, colleagues explored interactive booths and activities: from “Real or AI?” challenges to team-building simulations that showcased the power of diverse personalities in solving business challenges.
