We are incredibly proud to share that BCG and Integrom Program - Nagyvállalati munkalehetőség romáknak have received the Hungarian Business Leaders Forum’s Katalizátor Award 2026.
This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects a cause we deeply care about: helping the talented young Roma access opportunities that too often feel out of reach.
The Integrom Program has been changing lives for years by supporting the long-term development and career journeys of socially and economically disadvantaged individuals of the Roma community. It is an honor for us to stand alongside them in this work.
We are also especially proud of Katalin Ivan, whose tireless work, commitment, and belief in the mission continue to open more doors for Integrom and help foster a more inclusive job market in Hungary.
Awards are important, but what matters most are the real stories behind them, the ambition, resilience, and determination of the young people in the program, and the dedication of everyone working to support them along the way.
We are grateful for this recognition, and even more motivated to continue creating opportunities that can truly make a difference.
