Meet Mehmet, a Full Stack Marketer who believes growth should never depend on luck. 👋

With a PhD in Marketing and years of experience working with brands across industries and countries, Mehmet builds CRM-centred marketing systems that connect everything from lead generation and performance marketing to data, automation and sales.

But his work doesn't stop at marketing. He teaches at universities in Hungary and Lithuania, advises businesses internationally, builds AI-supported marketing systems, and is currently the CMO of UK-based cybersecurity company CyberCyte.

One of his goals in Hungary? To contribute to the local startup ecosystem by helping founders turn great ideas into measurable, sustainable businesses. And that's exactly the kind of knowledge-sharing we love seeing in the Puzl community. 💛

As for why he chose Puzl?

"It is not just a place to work; it is a creative, inspiring and welcoming community that makes you feel connected."

And because no member introduction is complete without something we didn't expect: Mehmet built his first music studio at 16 and used to make rap music. Yes, the songs apparently still exist. 👀🎤

R9 is a Budapest-based architecture studio and experimental workspace exploring how circular material design can become part of everyday architectural practice.

More than a studio, they're building a community where architects, designers, makers, researchers, and manufacturers come together to experiment, collaborate, and rethink the way we work with materials.

Meet Máté, who, by his own admission, practically lives at Puzl. 👋

He works at the intersection of social innovation, technology, and design and somehow, one company wasn't enough. 😄

There's ThinkThings, where ideas turn into real companies. Principle Zero, where he and Dávid help teams build technology that actually serves people. And R9 Studio & Material Space, where together with Róza and Gergő, they're exploring regenerative and circular approaches to architecture and design.

Different projects, same idea: find where the real value is, then design something worth building.

At the heart of it all is Máté's belief that our generation can create better answers to the ecological, social, and economic challenges we've inherited.
