Meet Pavlin, our next leader spotlighted in our Meet the Senior Site Leadership Team series. Pavlin has been part of Computacenter for more than eight years and today leads our People Operations team, supporting employees across the EMEA region. 🚀

💡 Working with talented people and supporting their development is what makes leadership meaningful to him, and nothing is more rewarding than seeing team members grow and celebrate their achievements.

🤝 For Pavlin, "company culture is what defines the workplace." He believes that when people feel safe, valued, and supported, they can do their best work and thrive.

⚽ Outside of work, Pavlin is a passionate football fan. The sport has shaped how he thinks about leadership too: "I often relate my role to that of a football manager; coaching, guiding, and supporting the team." Because in the end, success is achieved together.

Ready, set, recharge!

Today is World Mental Health Day, and our team is coming together for the "Headspace Moments Challenge".

Our people are exploring short "Moments" in our wellbeing app, Headspace, sharing their journeys, and inspiring each other along the way.

From quick relaxation exercises to focus sessions, our colleagues are finding their own moments to prioritise mental wellbeing. They are exchanging their favourite sessions, sharing practical tips, and learning from one another.

Together, shared experiences build healthy habits - one "Moment" at a time.

Meet Renáta, who has been part of Computacenter for 12 years and today leads our Group Learning Enablement & Delivery area. Throughout her journey across HR and Learning & Development, she's had the opportunity to see how our organisation evolves across countries and teams. 🚀

🌱 Outside of work, Renáta enjoys activities that involve continuous learning and experimentation. Exploring new tools and approaches helps her stay curious, open to change, and comfortable with "not having all the answers immediately", a mindset she believes is essential in leadership.

📖 Meet Pablo. Since joining Computacenter in 2017 as a Service Desk First Line Analyst, he has progressed into his current role as Operations Manager in Global Service Coordination, building experience across both service delivery and leadership.

💙 Along the way, Pablo has consistently focused on developing people, improving processes, and strengthening stakeholder relationships, experiences that continue to shape his leadership today.

Today, he uses that experience to help his teams succeed and contribute to operational excellence across the business.

🤝 One great Buddy experience can shape many more.

Our Buddy Program helps new colleagues feel welcome and supported from day one. For Lily and Kamill, who was Lily’s Buddy when she joined us, what started with practical advice, everyday questions, and shared experiences soon grew into a genuine friendship. 💙

As Lily said, "Thanks to him, I quickly felt included and confident, both professionally and socially."

Today, they've come full circle. As the leaders of our Buddy Program, they're now helping create the same welcoming experience for every new joiner, making sure everyone feels supported, connected, and part of the Computacenter community from the very beginning. 🤝
