I have been working for suIT since 2010. I am currently a Lead Developer, working across client communication, solution design, and development. I also support junior colleagues.

What I appreciate most, is the opportunity to continuously grow professionally and explore new areas as part of a team.

Currently, I work with BISZ Zrt. (Interbank IT Services - Interbank Debtor and Credit Information System) and Fundamenta, with nearly a decade-long collaboration. Long-term partnerships like these allow us to deeply understand their systems and handle complex challenges.

𝟯. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻?

At BISZ, I lead ongoing application developments, currently architecture renewal tasks.

At Fundamenta, we are developing a real estate back-office portal, where our team is responsible for the full application.

𝟰. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲?

Projects often create opportunities to try new solutions. We delivered an AI-based document recognition system, and now a map-based visualization project is emerging, which I am very excited about. .

From a technological perspective, one of our biggest achievements was building a completely new data warehouse for BISZ with custom scheduler. It has run reliably for nearly 8 years now.

I am most passionate about architectural decisions within software. Focusing on stable, proven solutions instead of hype is essential.

𝟱. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸?

One of the best parts of my job is when my professional interests align with project needs. I also value solutions where we don’t necessarily need new code—rethinking processes can often be more effective. The less custom code we introduce, the fewer potential errors and maintenance burdens we create.

𝟲. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲?

Software development is constantly evolving, which keeps it exciting. I’ve started writing professional articles to share knowledge and increasingly enjoy helping define the right direction. Read more: https://karsany.hu/

Colleagues sometimes joke that I’ve become a bit of a consultant — and honestly, there’s some truth to it. I increasingly enjoy not only implementing solutions but also helping to find the best direction.

Outside of work, I often experiment with new technologies. For example, I developed a BERT-based AI model for address parsing. This curiosity helps me stay up to date and bring innovative ideas into projects.

1. Please introduce yourself briefly:

I have been working at suIT since 2018. Over the years, I’ve taken on several roles, including Client Manager, Project Manager, System Analyst, and Business Analyst. This allows me to see projects holistically.

2. What clients are you working with?

My main client has always been BISZ Zrt.(Interbank IT Services - Interbank Debtor and Credit Information System), where my first-ever project was the migration of the AVAR data warehouse and the creation of new data marts. Our collaboration has been continuous ever since.

I also work with Fundamenta on projects, such as the Solar system (photovoltaic calculation tool) and the IKBO (Real Estate Brokerage BackOffice application).

In addition, I’ve contributed to projects for Nemzeti Népegészségügyi és Gyógyszerészeti Központ (National Center for Public Health and Pharmacy), mainly focusing on epidemiological reporting and data warehouse developments.

Currently, I’m involved in an exciting project for the Federal Office of Meteorology and Climatology MeteoSwiss. 🌍

3. What are you currently working on ?

At BISZ, we are running HDR–JOKER, SFM-SCORING, and various technological and UI renewals. HDR is a helpdesk and ticketing system, while JOKER supports internal authorization management.

SFM and Scoring focus on data mart development and enhancements for corporate scoring, complemented by an Inflow module for web-based requests.

At Fundamenta, we are transforming the IKBO system by converting the microservice architecture into a monolithic one. We are also upgrading to Java 17–21 and renewing database and scheduling systems. ⚙️

4. What challenges do you face?

Every project brings both technical and human challenges. I particularly enjoy migration tasks — especially transferring data from legacy systems into new environments.
Designing new systems is complex, and I always aim to deliver practical solutions, that are valuable and user-friendly, supporting long-term cooperation. 🤝

5. What do you enjoy most about your work?

I enjoy close collaboration with client-side colleagues, where we solve problems as a team.
Internal knowledge sharing is also important to me — I like mentoring developers in communication and client management, helping them work more consciously and effectively.

6. How do you see the future?

I’m optimistic about what’s ahead. This year’s roadmap is already shaping up, with new projects on the horizon. I’m especially looking forward to the Swiss project. 🌦️

1. Please introduce yourself briefly: how long have you been with the company and what do you do?

I have been working at the company since 2008, nearly 20 years. I started as a Senior Developer, and after a short time became the Lead Developer of my team. Over the years I also took on project management responsibilities, and currently I am again working as a Lead Developer.

2. What clients are you currently working with? What should we know about them?

Allianz Hungária is one of our largest and longest-standing clients. We have had the leading company in the insurance sector among our partners since the very beginning.

3. What projects are you currently working on? Briefly introduce them.

I am working on multiple projects in parallel. A large part of my work involves life insurance product development. My daily tasks include the implementation and management of developments related to contract and offer management, as well as claims handling. In addition, I also frequently participate in IT support and development for industrial and agricultural insurance solutions. 📊

4. What professional challenges do you face in these projects?

No two projects are the same, and no two business requirements are identical. For every new requirement, a new solution must be found, and this is what brings a new challenge every day. 💡

5. What do you enjoy most about your work or collaborations?

I would primarily mention the variety of tasks. But this would mean little without the helpful, kind colleagues and partners. Every participant in my projects is goal-oriented, solution-driven, and proactive, which makes collaboration smooth and efficient. 🤝

6. How do you see the future?

I believe that with the advancement of technology and the rise of AI, critical thinking and ethics will become increasingly important. The more AI-generated code is produced, the more important human oversight becomes: we decide what is sustainable, what is secure, and what truly serves the user. Technology is only a tool – the goal remains to serve human needs. ⚖️

I have been working at the company since 2019. Before moving into project management, I worked extensively as a tester and as a business analyst.

𝟮. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵? 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘄𝗲 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺?

I started with the MABISZ project, so it is very important to me — we continuously work on the development of http://mabisz.hu/ and the E-claim reporting application.

We started working with mBit Technológiai Szolgáltató Zrt. last year on a project called “Green Renovation,” which I learned a lot from. Since then, we have continued collaborating in various areas. Currently, I manage the account, but I have worked with them on multiple projects and would like to continue in the future.

Fundamenta is currently my main project, where I work as a Test Coordinator. It’s an interesting project with a great team.

On the MABISZ project, it’s interesting to see how the industry evolves and to keep up with trends. With mBit and Fundamenta, we work on resource-intensive, fast-paced projects in a corporate environment, where I learn a lot about task distribution, organization, and prioritization. 📊

🤝 Another inspiring joint project with VARyou Vision – interactive memory wall in the center of Szurdokpüspöki 🏡

We’ve already showcased joint projects before—now here comes the next one! ✨

This time, commissioned by the Municipality of Szurdokpüspöki, we implemented an innovative audiovisual installation that brings the history of the town to life using modern technology: on the projected surface, motion-responsive archival images and videos form mosaic-like compositions that tell stories from the past. 🧩📸

We digitized, restored, and organized the archival materials, then integrated them into an updatable backend system—ensuring the memory wall serves as a living knowledge base in the long term.

A meeting of tradition and innovation—this is exactly why we love working on projects like this. 🏛️⚙️

Ezúttal egy olyan innovatív audiovizuális installációt valósítottunk meg a Szurdokpüspöki Önkormányzat megbízásából, amely modern technológiával kelti életre a település történetét: a vetített felületen mozgásra reagáló, mozaikszerűen összeálló archív képek és videók mesélnek a múltról. 🧩📸

Az archív anyagokat digitalizáltuk, restauráltuk és rendszereztük, majd egy frissíthető háttérrendszerbe integráltuk – így az emlékfal hosszú távon is élő tudástárként szolgál.

Hagyomány és innováció találkozása – pontosan ezért szeretjük az ilyen közös munkákat. 🏛️⚙️
