System Usage Guide - Royal Matchbook

1. Register at https://my.royalmatchbook.com/register
(https://my.royalmatchbook.com/register) without selecting a matchmaker.
If you would like to work with a specific matchmaker (shadchan), you can choose one, but please contact them after registration via e-mail.

2. Not everyone can see your profile, and you cannot see everyone else's. The system or one of our matchmakers will send you a match suggestion when there is someone whose profile matches your information and preferences.

3. When you receive a match suggestion:
* Log in to Royal Matchbook at https://my.royalmatchbook.com/user/login .
There, you'll be able to see some information about your potential match.
(If you've forgotten your password or can't log in, click "Forgot your password?" on the login page to request a new one. Be sure to check your spam folder as well.)*
* Once you're logged in, your dashboard will display your potential match's photo along with some basic information.
* If you're interested, click the ✅ green checkmark.
* If you're not interested, click the ❌ red X.
(That said, I personally think it's worth exchanging a few messages or meeting for a coffee, even if the person doesn't seem like your usual type at first glance.)
* If both of you click the ✅ green checkmark, you'll be able to see each other's contact information.
* It is customary for the man to initiate contact, so if you're the man, please reach out to her using one of the contact methods provided.
* If the other person clicks the ❌ red X, the match will disappear from your dashboard.
* If the woman doesn't respond, or if you'd like to receive a new match suggestion, you can end the current match by clicking the ❌ red X or the "Not Interested" button. If there is another compatible candidate, you'll receive a new match suggestion.

* In most cases, you'll also receive a system notification by email. Don't forget to check your spam folder.

* You can upload multiple photos. Please use recent, authentic pictures—avoid AI-generated images or heavily edited photos.
* Complete your profile as thoroughly as possible.
* Upload a document verifying your Jewish status. This document is not visible to other users; it can only be accessed by the matchmakers within the system.
