After two weeks of intensive work, the AWARE Validation activities concluded today. The work was carried out as a joint team effort, with consortium members and air traffic controllers collaborating to assess the future usability of an AWARE-like system.

Yesterday and the day before, we had the pleasure of taking part in the ESA RPA Briefing for the 4th Fixed Call in Hungary in Budapest.
Slot Consulting is proud that Dr Roland Guraly, the company's CEO, could actively contribute as the Hungarian Industrial Coordinator and support Hungarian companies in navigating ESA opportunities.
The two-day event brought together around 200 participants and offered a highly practical programme – from ESA insights to proposal-writing tips to future missions. The B2B meetings were a real highlight, giving companies the chance to connect directly with ESA experts and get tailored feedback on their ideas.

✈️🤖 Just coming back from Brussels where we joined the FLY AI Forum 2025 as part of the AWARE SESAR project!

Two days packed with ideas, innovations, and inspiring people — all focused on how artificial intelligence can make aviation smarter, safer, and more efficient. From decoding NOTAMs with AI to rethinking air traffic control support tools, the future of flying is getting a serious upgrade.

For us at Slot Consulting, it was a great chance to catch up on the latest trends, hear from the key players, and bring home fresh insights for our work in AWARE.

Slot Consulting general managers Helen Guraly and Roland Guraly attended the yearly civil aviation reception on December 5th in Budapest. The event, organised by the Hungarian Scientific Association for Transport (KTE), also commemorated the 80th anniversary of the creation of ICAO.

Over the years, the SESAR Innovation Days (SID) have grown to become one of the leading aviation-related events in Europe. This year, as part of the AWARE consortium, Slot Consulting participated in SID and the accompanying project board meeting. We are proud to inform you that the AWARE poster designed by Slot Consulting received the best poster award at the event!

Slot Consulting participated in the AI Transformation Conference organised by Corvinus University of Budapest. The Chinese-Hungarian event covered several topics related to artificial intelligence and enabled information exchange between researchers and industrial and academic experts.
