Harvest drop. Name "The Birds & The Bees". Limited edition release from our collab Sans Versus project together with The Hungarian Amphora Project THAP.
Vinified in THAP amphora. Yum.

The label depicts two philosopher figures from Aron's father's lino print (around 60ies), a figure of Fibonacci and a black hole. 🌌🧑‍🚀🚀

Pressing Res Potentia after 11 months of infusion. The berries are still entirely whole, with super energetic juice hidden inside.
We bucketed the gently pressed juice with its fine lees back into the amphora, closed it, and will bottle it soon, as always 0/0!

We have returned home after attending the last of the winter/ spring natural w**e fairs. The three long months of drought are over, the vineyards are satiated, the garden is lush, the w**es in the cellar are happy, and everything is looking promising.
Now is the time to prepare our terrace for opening!
