Back in Utah and I have to talk about one of the most bizarre phenomena I’ve observed here: the intensity of judgment, especially toward women.

I talk in my video about where I think a lot of this comes from psychologically but the next part is looking within.

At some point, you have to ask yourself… is this actually making you happy?

Constantly monitoring other women. Deciding who is a good person, a bad wife, too sexual, too loud, too attention-seeking, too messy, too much. Keeping score of who followed the rules and who didn’t. Waiting for women you’ve decided are “bad” to finally receive some kind of punishment for living incorrectly is exhausting and unfulfilling.

But because you can call it morality, you convince yourself that you’re simply holding people “accountable”. But if a significant amount of your emotional energy is being spent angry about the way other women are living their lives, you are still the person carrying all of that anger.

There’s no winning in judgement, just a lot of information of your own wounds that you have yet to heal.
