KBLI 2025 goes live in AHU Online and OSS on 15 June 2026.

From that date, all new company registrations and any amendments to a company's Articles, purposes, or business activities must use the new codes.

🚨 The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) deadline is June 30. Miss it and you lose access to AHU, OSS, and potentially Banking, Immigration, and BPJS.

Shareholders need at least 14 days' notice, which means invitations must go out by June 16 at the latest.

Under Permenkum 49/2025, missing the filing triggers automatic blocking of your AHU and OSS access. Because Indonesian government systems are now interconnected, the block can extend to Banking, Immigration, and BPJS.

That stalls KITAS renewals, BPJS filings, license processing, and corporate actions like director changes until the filing is current. Restoring full access typically takes weeks.

If your AGMS invitations have not gone out yet, this is the most urgent item on your June compliance list.

🚨 Breaking: PT PMAs are no longer eligible for Indonesia's 0.5% final income tax.

Under PP 20/2026, the small business tax regime has been narrowed significantly. Only three categories of taxpayers can still use it:
- Individual taxpayers
- Perseroan Perorangan (single-person LLCs)
- Cooperatives (capped at 4 tax years)

All three of the above are available only to Indonesian citizens. PT PMAs, CVs, Firmas, and BUMDes are out.

If you have been operating under the 0.5% scheme, you now move to standard corporate income tax: 22% on net profit, with a reduced rate under Article 31E for revenue under IDR 50 billion.
For most PT PMAs with healthy margins, this is a meaningful tax increase.

Businesses already using the 0.5% rate can finish their original eligibility period from the old rules (3 years for a PT, 4 years for a CV or firma). For most regular PTs that lands around the end of 2026, though some CVs and firmas registered more recently can run into 2027 or 2028. New PTs and CVs formed now cannot use the 0.5% rate at all.

Bali just narrowed PMA registrations to medium-high and high-risk activities.

The OSS system is now rejecting any foreign-owned company application in Bali that falls under low-risk or medium-low-risk classifications.

This didn't come out of nowhere. Between 2021 and 2025, Bali accounted for roughly 40% of all PMA registrations in Indonesia. Nearly half of those were low-risk projects that needed nothing more than a NIB to operate. No standard certificate, no permits, no field verification. KBLI 68111 (real estate) alone had 72% of its national registrations located in Bali.

The provincial government argued that these registrations were being used as vehicles for residence permits rather than genuine investment. The data backed it up.

In 2025 and 2026, 423 out of 426 investigated PMA businesses in Bali were sanctioned for licensing violations. A dedicated Investment Desk was set up in January 2026 to enforce compliance.

Existing PMAs with valid NIBs are not affected by the OSS block, but DPMPTSP Bali has indicated that active entities holding restricted codes are being subjected to field inspections and audits. If your setup was loose, the exposure is now real.

For new investors, accommodation and villa rentals are among the most directly affected. If you've already signed a lease or purchased property with a PMA setup in mind, verify your intended KBLI classification before committing further.

Your Q1 2026 LKPM report is due by April 15. This is the quarterly Investment Activity Report submitted through OSS, covering your business activities, workforce, and investment realization.

Skipping it or filing late can flag your NIB and cause issues with future licensing.
