Design anda akan diprint melalui kertas special dan ditransfer ke polyster kain menggunakan heat press. Dengan temperature tinggi dan tekanan, design anda akan diserap ke kain tersebut fibers.

DYE-SUBLIMATION PRINTING

WHAT IS DYE-SUBLIMATION PRINTING?
A design is printed onto coated transfer paper which is then transferred onto polyester fabrics in a heat press. Under high temperature and pressure, the dye turns into a gas and is absorbed into the fabric fibers.

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF DYE- SUBLIMATION PRINTS?
1. Dye-sublimation printing method produces photo quality prints.
2. The fabric is permanently dyed so it can be washed without damaging the quality of the printed image.
3. The prints will not flake, crack or fade over time.
4. The printed image feels smooth to the touch.

WHAT TYPE OF CLOTHING USES THIS PRINTING METHOD?
Dye-sublimation printing is used on t-shirts, swimwear, surf clothing, diving suits, various sports jersey (cycling, motocross, soccer, footy, rugby, cricket) and even company or corporate uniforms.
