Daniel Villamor Quisa-ot from Bukidnon turned hardship into triumph. While detained, he continued his studies and even finished his engineering degree and thesis behind bars. His persistence showed that dreams can survive even in the toughest places.

After gaining freedom, Daniel faced the 2021 licensure exams and passed both Electrical Engineer and Master Electrician tests. He didn’t stop there—by 2023 he had earned a Master Plumber license, and in 2024 a Plant Mechanic certification, bringing his total to four PRC licenses.
