When I started Gig Nonna I always knew it would evolve and involve lots of different things.

The whole concept is about short notice short duration work.

Yesterday was a good example, I started the day walking my own dog then helping a friend Jane Longson Pet Gundog Trainer, Framlingham, Suffolk with filming some of her dog training exercises. Then I moved on to chat with another new friend about their social media requirements. They’ve already got it pretty much in hand. They just wanted the confidence to move onto the next stage for themselves.

Then finally taking some photography for another account that I’m working with.

None of it was housesitting, a bit of it was dog related and a lot of it was social media orientated and most involved cups of tea and coffee The Neathouse and Two Magpies Bakery not a bad way to spend a day.

New toy …. GigNonna | Pop-Up Assistant is constantly evolving and increasingly I’m being asked to help people with social media skills … so I thought I’d reinvest from a recent session into some mini mics …. Especially hoping to cut out some wind noise in outdoor shoots and traffic noise on indoor ones.

Enjoying looking in more detail at some of the pieces … these up-cycled lights with Edison style bulbs are great talking points to give a cosy glow to a feature corner.
