Our first hose-manufacturing technology and learning methodologies of hose-making were first acquired from Nokia. Since then, Limusnunggal Rubber has evolved its industrial hoses manufacturing capacity to a full-scale production where we have exported our products to Dunlop UK in 1986. In 1996, we acquired Epton, a plastic and rubber manufacturer based in Kitchener, Canada to enhance and maximise
our technical capabilities and capacity. Prior to the acquisition, Epton's industrial hose division was owned by one of the prestigious tire companies, BF Goodrich. Armed with Epton's assets and knowledge, this has bolstered Limusnunggal Rubber to expand our rubber manufacturing capabilities to produce to a wide array of hoses ranging from consumer goods to highly specialised products including hydraulic, industrial and marine hoses. We pride ourselves as the pioneer and leader in the industrial and marine hoses industry in Indonesia and South East Asia. Our technology and expertise has allowed us to be the only manufacturer that is capable of producing a whole line of marine hoses with up to 24” in diameter, and up to 40" diameter in industrial hose manufacturing, along with various detailed specifications and requirements of any specific end users. We have undergone audits and checks thoroughly to ensure safety standard and quality of our production are in place. This has been ingrained in our company values and the basis of our operations. Limusnunggal Rubber's extensive technical and business capabilities can cater to a wide array of customers, from private companies, government entities to multi-national oil and mining companies.
