💥 What does impact look like on the ground?

In 2024, our eight portfolio companies turned purpose into progress. Some standout wins:

♻️ recovered 31,760 kg of waste in Jakarta, almost double last year, and avoided nearly 59,000 kg of CO₂.

🦗 turned 2,600 kg of food waste into insect-based animal feed, creating stable jobs for 130 collectors.

🍲 empowered micro-kitchens (93% run by women) to earn over US$4.5M, while reducing food waste through pre-orders.

👟 gave a second life to 6,480 tires and 3,781 sneakers, avoiding 46,000 kg of emissions, one stylish step at a time.

🪑 transformed 88,000 kg of plastic into beautiful furniture and building materials.

🚚 .co helped 345 drivers access EVs, generating over US$100k in earnings.

🔌 .remind recovered 2,300+ kg of e-waste and turned it into US$173k of income for formalized workers.

🌿 .io installed air-cleaning microalgae devices that removed 5,000 kg of CO₂ from Indonesia’s urban air.

We’re incredibly proud of what our founders achieved this year across waste recovery, emissions reduction, and income generation for underserved communities:

♻️ *36,800,000 kg of waste recovered* (+98.2% YoY)
🌍 *70,300,000 kg of CO₂(e) emissions avoided* (+113% YoY)
💸 *US$5.3M earned by low-income workers* (+36.3% YoY)
👩‍💼 *1,046 jobs supported, 78% held by women*
💰 *US$24.5M in gross revenue generated across the portfolio*

But our ecosystem is about more than numbers.
In 2024, we saw the real power of collaboration: Shared distribution channels, unlocked data, and joint initiatives between our ventures helped scale their reach, faster and further.

⚡🛵📦 We are excited to introduce our latest portfolio addition for 2024: .co. This startup offers a highly customizable electric vehicle (EV) solution tailored for the rapidly growing last-mile delivery sector.

In just the first 8 months, Dash has onboarded 113 drivers, covered 440,000 kilometers on electric motorbikes, completed 77,000 deliveries (22,000 deliveries in July alone), and saved 26 tonnes of CO2 emissions compared to petrol-powered motorbikes. To provide any context on the forecasted trajectory, Dash aims to complete more than 25 million EV deliveries in 2028. Therefore, Dash is now gearing up to expand across the archipelago and enhance its technology!

We are excited to join Aditya and Robert on this journey to accelerate EV adoption in Indonesia. With the adoption of electric vehicles into Dash’s model, the company significantly reduces emissions and supports the Indonesian government’s policy to achieve net zero by 2060.
