Will laser work on your skin and hair type? Here is what we look at.

Our Alma Soprano Titanium uses three wavelengths, each chosen to suit a different skin tone and hair type.

Alexandrite: the fastest option, ideal for light to olive skin with dark hair.

Diode: the all-rounder, safe and effective across light and darker skin tones.

YAG: built for tanned and darker skin tones because it does not react to surface pigmentation.

Most clients fit one of the three. Some benefit from a combination across the same body area.

That is what the consultation is for, to match the wavelength to your skin, not the other way round.

What does laser actually feel like? Here is an honest answer.

The closest comparison most clients give us is a warm rubber band flick, gone in a second.
The Alma Soprano Titanium uses a cooling tip and a moving pulse, which means the handpiece glides rather than zaps. Most areas are over in minutes. Underarms in around five.

Results happen over time. Here is what session 1 to 6 actually looks like.

After session 1, you will notice a 10 to 30 percent reduction as hair gradually falls out over 2 to 4 weeks.

By session 3, sessions are quicker, regrowth is slower, and the patches are smaller.

By session 6, most clients are settled into a low-maintenance routine, with significant reduction across the treated area.

The honest version: laser works progressively. Six to ten sessions, spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, is where meaningful long-term reduction happens.
