LOVE | Dear Isobel..

I feel it’s time you met baby Isobel. She instantly stole my heart and she will yours too♥️

31 years ago today we had a tragedy in our family. A split second decision meant I would never meet my grandma. A month yesterday.. We had a tiny miracle. My brother had his first and I became an aunty. Isobel is named after my Grandma.

My intention with the
Isobel Necklace is for her to be worn as a reminder to the wearer to connect a little deeper to love and to speak from the heart.

Love for ourselves, love for those we have lost and love for the ones we will ALWAYS hold close to our hearts.

I’ve made this mini collection to be just as special as the two girls themselves. Therefore, there will be limited numbers & the ’ heal your heart’ {3rd picture in} is the only one of it’s kind.

{It’s all in the detail baby}
The piece is hand carved out of wax and then cast in sterling silver. One of my favourite techniques in jewellery design as it honours all of it’s imperfections - just like us. It adds so much beauty and gives real soul & character to the designs.

I hope Isobel is one you fall in love with and allow her to become part of your every day. She will make you feel warm and fuzzy inside.. promise 💋

MEDITATION| How it has changed my life and can yours too.. if you let it✨

The truth of the matter is that stress is now a huge part of modern society- sadly we can't change that. What we can change - is how we deal with it.

What is stress? How our body reacts when our daily needs are not met. Can you believe this happens on average 10-15 times a day!

Over time the constant stress we put on our bodies in the modern word can lead to so many chronic illness that we are faced with today. This doesn't need to be the case .

What's mediation got to do with it?

Meditation can stop stress in its path and prevent the body’s natural response to stress being triggered. Which means.. we lower all the other stuff that's happening to us chemically { that’s a story for another time }

Through my own personal journey of entrepreneurship I have been faced with many stresses which has led to my own chronic illness. It was a huge wake up call for me & how I ran my life and my business..had to change.

Once meditation had been introduced to me - I didn’t want to stop or when I did, I could see the difference in my reactions to daily events. I HAD to find a way to bring this to others who where on a similar journey. This was 1 year ago- Jump forward to the present - NEXT WEEK...

We will be holding space for 60 people on the 25th July for Anxiety Detox event & we can’t wait! Expect crystals, jewels and relaxation, got a ticket? You’re in for a treat! ✨
