As a designer, Somia Design not only thinks about the design to be used but also considers the needs and lifestyle of the users. This is a great opportunity for Somia Design to provide excellent service and a pleasant experience for the users to comfortably and safely occupy their homes.

This building poses the biggest challenge for Somia Design to design according to the client's needs, as they are required to produce a unique and different style. This time, the team is expected to create a building with a bright impression. The client expects the interior of the building to support the exterior, especially in terms of lighting. The layout is designed so no room lacks natural light, supported by careful and selective material choices to create a bright impression. Additionally, the interior layout is arranged to adapt to space, privacy, and public areas, successfully achieving the right bright ambiance with the support of warmer elements. The private area consists of 4 bedrooms with warm-colored furniture application, creating a more intimate room atmosphere. During the morning and daytime, the building successfully creates a bright atmosphere, and in the evenings, it achieves a warm ambiance due to the use of suitable artificial lighting.

In selecting lighting, furniture, and materials, we pay close attention to the needs and preferences of the users. Moreover, Somia Design also considers the aesthetics of the space, ensuring that the rooms present visual beauty and a comfortable psychological aspect for the users.
