Objective:

- Ketidak-pedulian pegawai atas pekerjaan yang dikerjakannya.

Audit ini akan melakukan beberapa poin penting disetiap unit kerja:

A. Room Division & Breakfast, audit untuk area:

1. Guarantees of payment
"memastikan semua pendapatan diterima dan bebas dari resiko untuk tidak dibayar"
2. Rack control
"memastikan semua pendapatan diterima, menghindari resiko untuk tidak dibayar dan validasi in-house balance"

"Optimalkan Turnover No Shows"
