we have a salary procedures as below
we would like to offer
8 months contract
and 800 usd salary and 100 leave pay for each month ( in average to be 900 usd)
however leave pay will not be paid each month but it will be paid at the end of the contract it will be deserved IF CREW finish his contract full it
