Maratua island is not densely populated , so it is perfect for anyone who like to get away from it all. It is also perfect to those who want to build a small scale self-sustainable diving resort. There is currently only one well known Diving resort in Maratua island.

Our gorgeous beach front land at Maratua can offer those two purposes to anyone , who likes to buy it or to long term rent the land .

There is a public jetty about 400 meters from our land so it is easy to transport anything to the land. The main road is only 20 meters away from our land.

BB Villas Resort is a brand new modern Resort establishment of 10 villas and 7 bungalows. It is located among a huge expanse of rice fields in a quiet area only 1 kilometres from Batu Bolong Beach ( 10 minutes walking distance to the beach ).
A bar and a Restaurant are available in the Resort for all guests to enjoy.
The newly built 3 bedroom self sustained villas is fully equipped and each villa has its own private pool. Each villa has a uniquely different layout but has a the same configuration of a private pool, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms , a kitchen, living and dining room area. Each bungalows has 2 bedrooms , a modern bathroom and guests have access to a shared pool and a shared kitchen..
Fruit basket and chocolate bars are free as complimentary upon check in. Daily house keeping and breakfast is an integral part of our villa service and facilities. Floating breakfast is available upon request.
Our staff speaks English and on call 24 hours. Airport pick up and drop off is also available upon request.
