PT Praweda Ciptakarsa Informatika was establishd in 1989, with purpose to do business in IT Sector, provide consultant services, system upgrading and computer tools. Praweda Ciptakarsa Informatika has become a distributor from UNISYS Product (result of the merger Sperry Univac and Burroughs in 1986). Praweda Ciptakarsa Informatika were in the group of Soedarpo Informatika that came from NVPD Soedarpo Corporation that established at Jakarta on 20 Okcober 1952, by Mr. NVPD Soedarpo Corporation then developed into one of company leading in Indonesia on IT Businesses. In 1997, Soedarpo Sastrosatomo decided to form into Soedarpo Informatika Group (SIG) to overshadow the companies engaged in the field of information technology.
