Our cheese uses natural farm fresh ingredients without preservatives and colorings.

We use traditional cheese making techniques and Indonesian milk which has unique flavor based on Indonesian varied climate, soil and plant life. The name of our company was inspired by a beautiful suburb in Brisbane - Australia called Rosalie where local gourmet thrives. The production is also more limited, producing small quantities of high quality cheese, which are typically molded by hand. Artisanal cheese also use raw milk which keeps this indigenous microflora which imparts additional flavors through enzymatic breakdown of the lactose, protein and fat.

Here’s the easy way to cook Halloumi!

Slice the Halloumi cheese, heat the frying pan over medium heat, then add the cheese – allow to toast for 2-3 minutes, flip and repeat on the other side. Season with a drizzle of lemon juice and olive oil. A lovely golden crust on the outside of the cheese whilst the inside will be soft!
