AmCham Indonesia and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce successfully concluded Days 2 and 3 of the Initiative Indonesia Business Mission 2026, “Shaping Tomorrow: Advancing AI, Emerging Technologies, and Healthcare.” During this phase of the program, the delegation engaged directly with key government ministries and agencies to explore the future of Indonesia’s health and digital sectors.

The delegation held a series of productive meetings with the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Communications and Digital Affairs, the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM), Danantara Investment Management Agency, and the Halal Product Assurance Organizing Agency (BPJPH). Discussions focused on evolving regulatory landscapes, with particular emphasis on expanding healthcare access and strengthening AI governance frameworks.
