Deloitte Indonesia hosted a seminar with Workiva on 29 September 2026 titled “Aligning Risk, Finance and Sustainability for Strategic Decision Making”.

The session featured Deloitte Indonesia Assurance Executive Directors Isnaeni Achdiat and Alexander Tansil, alongside Ibu Krista, Vice President of Shared Service Centre at PT Medco Energi Internasional, and Silvia Salim, Regional Account Director at Workiva. The discussion was moderated by Deloitte Indonesia Assurance Director Prince Wirawan.

Together, they explored how organisations can break down silos, connect data and gain an integrated view of performance to support more informed, strategic decision-making.

Brian Indradjaja, Indonesia Leader, President Director of PT Deloitte Konsultan Indonesia, also shared key insights from the session, highlighting collaboration, to drive smarter, more connected business decisions.

This September, ’s Townhall brought our people together to celebrate our achievements, align on our priorities, and look ahead to the opportunities that will shape the year ahead.

Brian Indradjaja, Indonesia Leader, President Director of PT Deloitte Konsultan Indonesia, shared our ambition to become the undisputed leader in SEA and build an iconic firm that stands in a “Class of ONE.”

Our Business Unit Leaders, Liana Lim, Antonius Augusta, Raj Kannan, John Lauwrenz, and Iwan Atmawidjaja, shared their focus areas for the year, including how we can bring our capabilities together, and deliver better value for our clients. This was followed by our Lead Client Service Partners, Raj Kannan, Satya Radjasa, Antonius Augusta, joining Balim, Deloitte Indonesia Growth Leader to discuss on building trusted client relationships and creating greater impact through collaboration across the firm.

Eny Indria, Deloitte Indonesia Talent Leader, also reinforced our commitment to helping our people to learn, grow and thrive.

A highlight of the townhall was hearing from Nezar Patria, Vice Minister of Communications and Digital Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, in a fireside chat on Indonesia’s AI roadmap and what the rapid evolution of technology means for our talent. A key takeaway was the importance of staying curious, learning continuously and building new capabilities as technology and the future of work continue to evolve.

Beyond the discussions, the townhall was also a celebration of our people — recognising promotions and development, connecting over food and activities, and creating memorable moments together.

As part of our sustainability efforts, volunteers planted 200 mangroves at Taman Wisata Alam Angke Kapuk (P*K) in Indonesia. The initiative supported coastal conservation and drew attention to the role mangroves play in protecting shorelines, absorbing carbon and sustaining biodiversity.

Through funds raised from Deloitte Runify ticket sales earlier this year, together with the fundraising efforts of our Deloitte Runify charity runners throughout Impact Month 2026,We were proud to support the “Book for Better Futures” programme in collaboration with Prestasi Junior Indonesia. Together, we donated 2,106 books on coding and AI to 1,028 schools across Kepulauan Seribu and Jakarta, helping to reach 122,945 junior high school students and broaden access to digital learning opportunities.

A symbolic book donation ceremony was held at Nyi Ageng Serang Library, attended by Deloitte Indonesia Growth Senior Manager, Eleonora Bergita Husni and Chairman of Prestasi Junior Indonesia, Pribadi Setiyanto, alongside representatives from the Junior High School Division of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office and Nyi Ageng Serang Library in Jakarta.

From supporting environmental conservation to equipping students with future-ready skills, these initiatives reflect our commitment to making a positive difference where it matters most!
