On 17 July 2026, transcosmos Indonesia celebrated its 13th Anniversary at CX Square M10 Jakarta, bringing employees together through a hybrid celebration across Indonesia.

One of the highlights was the BOD Talks session by our President Director, Seisuke Kobayashi, who shared his inspiring journey from starting as a contact center agent to becoming President Director—reminding us that perseverance, continuous learning, and embracing opportunities are the foundation of growth.
