Community Impact Week 2022 at YKAI✨

Dalam kegiatan Community Impact Week tahun ini, SHL Indonesia berbagi kebahagiaan bersama adik-adik di Yayasan Kasih Anak Kanker Indonesia (YKAKI). Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Jakarta pada tanggal 30 Juni 2022.

Kehadiran SHL Indonesia di YKAKI untuk memberikan semangat dan menghibur para adik-adik yang sedang berjuang melawan kanker, melalui membacakan dongeng, bernyanyi bersama dan bermain games.

Preparing Our Future Leaders🚀

SHL Indonesia mendapatkan kesempatan untuk mengisi sesi concurrent pada hari kedua Indonesia HR Summit 2022, 29 Juni 2022.

Pesatnya perkembangan jumlah talenta muda yang akan terjun ke dunia pekerjaan professional memicu SHL Indonesia untuk mengangkat topik “How did Indonesia Gen Z Survived the Pandemic Storm?”

Secara umum, SHL Indonesia membagikan insight tentang Gen Z di Indonesia. SHL Indonesia berharap dapat membantu Gen Z untuk beradaptasi di dunia kerja di saat masa transisi post- pandemic. Selain itu, SHL Indonesia mencoba untuk turut membantu organisasi memahami motivating drivers dan kekuatan yang dimiliki Gen Z serta hal-hal yang perlu dimitigasi dari bertumbuhnya populasi Gen Z.

SHL Indonesia at Indonesia HR Summit 2022!🙌🏻

SHL Indonesia akhirnya kembali berpartisipasi dalam acara Indonesia HR Summit yang terakhir kali dilaksanakan pada tahun 2019.

Pandemi yang terjadi dalam dua tahun terakhir membuat acara ini ditunda pelaksanaannya, dan ditahun 2022 akhirnya IHRS dapat terlaksana pada 28-29 Juni bertempat di Bali International Convention Center.

Dalam IHRS 2022, SHL Indonesia berkesempatan untuk mengenalkan kembali SHL Solution yang lebih fresh dan adaptif dengan berkembangnya zaman.

Selain itu, kami juga berkesempatan untuk berkenalan dan berdiskusi secara langsung dengan partisipan acara maupun exhibitor yang terlibat (tentunya dengan mengikuti protokol kesehatan yaa!)
