Minimum 3 Month periods for immediate start. We welcome 5th (or up) semester students who are motivated and foward-thinking with strong initiative and engagement. As an intern, you will support the design team.
Excellent in 3D SketchUp, Autocad and Photoshop. Good attitude, creative, hardworking, willing to learn and able to work in team.

Townhouse ini didesain 3 lantai dengan pembagian fungsi yang jelas pada setiap lantainya, yang terdiri dari lantai 1 sebagai area servis, lantai 2 dengan fungsi semi private / common area dan lantai 3 dengan fungsi private dimana semua letak ruang tidur berada di lantai paling atas.
Townhouse ini didesain untuk menyiasati kebutuhan program ruang yang lumayan banyak dan dibuat dengan pembagian antar fumgsi yang jelas.

Gazebo air ini didesain untuk tempat persinggahan ditengah danau dan juga sebagai tempat menikmati vista ke arah bukit dan lembah yang sangat hijau dan asri yang berada tepat dibelakangnya, tempat ini juga diharapkan sebagai simbol dan daya tarik wisata tersendiri pada kawasan yang terletak di pegunungan.

Hunian tempat tinggal yang mengusung gaya Modern Contemporary Tropical ini berada pada kavling sudut. Pada lantai bawah didesain sedikit masif dan minim bukaan ke arah luar site dikarenakan ingin menciptakan ruangan yang berorientasi kedalam, tetapi berbeda dengan lantai atas yang memang didesain memanfaatkan vista ke arah taman yang berada tepat diseberang site dengan ditambahkan lantai mezzanine yang memberikan kesan ‘double volume’ sehingga tercipta bentukan fasade bentuk segitiga yang sedikit lebih menonjol dan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai akses ke roof top.

This residence, which carries the Modern Contemporary Tropical style, is located on a corner lot. On the lower floor it is designed to be a bit massive and has minimal openings to the outside of the site because it wants to create an inward-oriented room, but it is different from the upper floor which is designed to take advantage of the garden view which is directly opposite the site with the addition of a mezzanine floor which gives the impression of 'double volume' so as to create a triangular façade that is slightly more prominent and can be used as access to the roof top.

Bangunan tempat ibadah ini didesain dengan gaya arsitektur modern kontemporer yang dapat menampung banyak jemaat dan sekaligus dapat menampung berbagai aktifitas pendukung dari bangunan ini.
Pada lantai dasar gedung ini juga dibuat fungsi yang melayani aktifitas umum yang dapat diakses oleh semua orang.

This place of worship is designed in a contemporary modern architectural style that can accommodate many congregations and at the same time accommodate various supporting activities of this building.

Ide yang menarik adalah merancang fasilitas umum untuk kawasan hunian vertikal yang terdiri dari beberapa bangunan di atas lahan yang sangat terbatas, seperti pada proyek ini memanfaatkan atap bangunan parkir yang terletak di tengah tapak dan dirancang seefisien mungkin, sehingga dapat memenuhi fasilitas outdoor untuk penduduk seperti; kolam renang untuk anak-anak dan dewasa, jogging track, halaman rumput, taman bermain anak-anak, dek yoga, area duduk dan taman hijau dan gedung untuk kegiatan dalam ruangan.

Seringkali kita lupa bahwa penutup atap bangunan juga dapat dirancang untuk kegiatan fasilitas serta menjadi 'point of interest' bagi bangunan tempat tinggal di sekitarnya sehingga lingkungan tempat tinggal di sekitarnya juga mendapatkan pemandangan yang bagus.

An interesting idea is to design public facilities for a vertical residential area consisting of several buildings on very limited land, such as in this project utilizing the roof of a parking building located in the middle of the site and designed as efficiently as possible, so that it can meet outdoor facilities. for residents such as; swimming pool for children and adults, jogging track, lawn, children's playground, yoga deck, sitting area and green garden and building for indoor activities.

Often we forget that the roof covering of the building can also be designed for facility activities as well as being a 'point of interest' for residential buildings in the vicinity so that the living environment around it also gets a good view.

Dimana kehadirannya menjadi penting sebagai kebutuhan akan sarana olahraga bagi penghuni, tetapi tidak hanya itu saja fasilitas kolam renang dapat juga berupa pusat rekreasi, titik temu interaksi (sosial) bagi para penghuni, juga sebagai nilai tambah bagi proyek tersebut apabila didesain dengan jeli sehingga mempunyai keunikan-keunikan tersendiri dan iconic serta menjadi ciri khas bagi proyek tersebut yang tidak ada di tempat lain.
