JAKARTA. Direktorat Jenderal (Ditjen) Pajak Kementerian Keuangan (Kemkeu) berjanji untuk menerbitkan aturan sunset policy jilid II dalam waktu dekat. Masyarakat baik wajib pajak pribadi maupun badan dapat memanfaatkan fasilitas penghapusan sanksi administrasi atas pembetulan Surat Pemberitahuan (SPT) Tahunan Pajak Pengghasilan (PPh) mulai 1 April 2015.

"Kami upayakan April sudah keluar. Kami upayakan bahkan dalam dua minggu ini keluar," kata Direktur Jenderal (Dirjen) Pajak Sigit Priadi Pramudito, Kamis (19/3) lalu.

Menurut Sigit, berakhirnya penyampaian SPT Tahunan PPh wajib pajak orang pribadi pada 31 Maret, menjadi momentum bagi Ditjen Pajak untuk melakukan imbauan kepada masyarakat untuk segera melakukan pembetulan SPT-nya. Jika masyarakat melakukan pembetulan SPT PPh sebelum 1 Januari 2016 maka ia akan mendapatkan penghapusan sanski administrasi bunga 2% setiap bulannya......
Jika dalam beleid sebelumnya pembetulan SPT bersifat sukarela (voluntary), maka dalam beleid baru nanti, Ditjen pajak tak hanya mengandalkan kesukarelaan wajib pajak. Ditjen Pajak kata Sigit, juga akan memberlakukan kewajiban (mandatory) pembetulan SPT oleh wajib pajak apabila ditemukan perbedaan dengan SPT yang selama ini disampaikan wajib pajak dengan data pembanding yang dimiliki Ditjen Pajak.

"Kami sudah memiliki data (pembandingnya), lengkap dan banyak. Data kepolisian, data BPS, data leasing nasabah misalnya dari OJK," tambah Sigit.
Sebelumnya, Sigit mengatakan bahwa tahun ini akan menjadi tahun pembinaan wajib pajak. Oleh karena itu pihaknya akan memberikan kemudahan bagi wajib pajak untuk melaporkan dan membayarkan kewajiban pajaknya khusus pada tahun ini.
