If you've ever wondered what I've been doing in Bali, the truth is that I've been living my life like a nun or a monk.
Yes, me, the free-spirited, fun-loving, wild woman. I've given up everything that I thought defined me– including drugs, alcohol, sugar, s3x, meat, makeup and work. Even chocolate for a time (didn't last).
Being alone in nature I've experienced the deepest levels of connection and enjoyment in my entire life. I have to admit it beats front row at the Rolling Stones, late-night disco parties with my best friends and falling in love at burning man. Why? because it lasts and I can tap into it whenever, wherever.
I arrived in Bali with the plan to stay for 8 weeks to study yoga and qigong while maintaining my business online. On day 3 I met my meditation teacher at YTT and my life has never been the same since. He's become like a family member, a respected elder and I cannot thank him enough for always being there for me, even when I don't follow his guidance like the little rebel I am.
Naturally we started a meditation community for all of us covid refugees who had no idea what to do or where to go in the middle of a global sh*tstorm. We turned our house into an ashram to spread peace and resiliency during a time of complete uncertainty. The community is still going strong and creating unity across the globe.
If you're interested in growing your meditation practice, comment or DM and I'll send you the details. We meet weekly on Zoom.
