I am always looking for ideas on how to make tasty food pairings from local and seasonal produce to serve here at the tasting room. I spent a wonderful morning with Dan and Erica in their kitchen talking , food and and what to pair with .

The new EU labelling rules mean we have to share nutritional info which has been law for food for nearly 10 years. My latest blog lifts the lid on what is really in a glass of wine - well in any case!

Work and play in with family time, visits to and and great restaurants.

We tasted some really good (so different from when I tasted some back in 2014!), walked a lot, enjoyed the sunshine and made new contacts and memories.
