Biji co-ferment kaya Colombia Ombligon Splash ini kalau diseduh V60 biasa terkadang acidity-nya terlalu ‘liar’. Makanya kali ini Coffest Roastery spill resep jinakin dengan Hario V60 Switch biar sweetness Guava & Passionfruit-nya makin keluar! 🇨🇴✨

📋 RESEP V60 SWITCH:
• Coffee: 15g (Gilingan Medium-Fine)
• Water: 225ml (Suhu 90°C)
• Ratio: 1:15

☕ STEP SEDUH (HYBRID METHOD):
1. 00:00 - 00:45 (Switch OPEN): Pour 50ml buat blooming (keluarin aroma passionfruit-nya).
2. 00:45 - 01:00 (Switch OPEN): Pour sampai 100ml secara melingkar.
3. 01:00 (Switch CLOSE): Tuang sisa air sampai 225ml, lalu biarkan steep (rendam).
4. 02:00 (Switch OPEN): Buka switch dan biarkan drawdown selesai sepenuhnya!

Hasilnya? Acid-nya tetep dapet, tapi body-nya makin berisi dan manisnya almond-guava berasa banget!

⚖️ Dose: 15 Grams
⚙️ Grind Size: Medium Grind
💧 Total Water Yield: 220 ml
⏱️ Total Brew Time: 2:30 Minutes

THE TECHNIQUE (SWITCH METHOD):

1. Act 1 - Immersion (0:00 - 1:00): Switch CLOSED.
Tuangkan 100 ml air panas. Biarkan bubuk kopi terendam penuh selama 1 menit untuk mengekstraksi kedalaman rasa dan body khas proses anaerobik.
1. Percolation (1:00 - 2:30): OPEN SWITCH. Lanjutkan penuangan hingga mencapai total 220 ml. Aliran perkolasi membawa kejernihan, keasaman yang cerah, dan flavor notes yang presisi.
2. The Finale (2:30): CLOSE SWITCH. Ekstraksi selesai. Sajikan dan nikmati setiap tegukan.
