About the Role
As our Dry Dock Coordinator, you’ll be the anchor that keeps our marine operations secure. You’ll coordinate docking vessel schedules, maintain compliance documentation, support crews, and handle administrative tasks in a fast-paced marine environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate dry docking schedule and activities for Vessels
• Liaise with shipyard, technical teams and suppliers
• Prepare reports, cost estimates and dry dock plans
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Maintain documentation and communicate updates with Management Office
Qualifications & skills :
• 2-3 years experience in marine operations or administrative coordination
• Strong knowledge of vessel documentation, safety regulations, and port procedures
• High level of discretion, professionalism and reliability
• Bookkeeping or accounting knowledge is a plus
• Maritime certification or diploma required
• Willing to be assigned to Labuan Bajo, Sorong, and any other locations as required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) email and comfortable using databases.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
