Responsibility :

Memahami CDAKB dan penerapannya serta melengkapi dokumen administratif
Melakukan pelaporan dokumen ke KEMENKES
Membuat dan bertanggung jawab terhadap Daftar Informasi Produk
Membuat & memonitor kegiatan sesuai dengan SOP
Memastikan proses penerimaan, penyimpanan, dan distribusi alat kesehatan sesuai dengan prosedur
Melakukan koordinasi dengan Gudang dan Produksi
Melakukan handling problem QC

Requirement :

Pendidikan min Sarjana Farmasi / Analisis Kesehatan
Memiliki pengalaman minimum 1 tahun
Memiliki STRA / SERKOM / SIPA yang masih berlaku
Mampu membina komunikasi dan hubungan dengan pihak eksternal
Diutamakan domisili KTP untuk wilayah SEMARANG dan sekitarnya
Bersedia bekerja Full Time
